You suggest the obvious answer. You have a troop whose leaders have not
taken training. These same leaders are also running a great troop, that
should be the envy of all.
Has anyone asked these leaders to serve on _staff_ for one of the training
courses? Maybe you could ask their SM to give the presentation on the
patrol method. Other Scouters would benefit from their experiences and if in
the process they happened to overhear some bits of training they may not
have known (*g*)....
Seems like a win-win situation.
