What is his name? Rulon Skinner by chance?

Must be talking about me, or is there someone else here from BYU?
First a disclaimer, The Troop I work with is sponsered by the Lions club, and
is a special needs troop. all but my troop, and one other troop are LDS troops
in my district. I also work on the district staff for Cubscouts in another
district, all the units there are LDS.
Now for my comments, another difference is that the 11 year old scouts are

Some time ago we had a discussion on a church document which outlines
how the program has been adopted by the LDS church. It includes the church
rules which show how to implement BSA's rules. These are contained in a small
(42 pages) green book. (Scouting Handbook:Relationships between the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the Boy Scouts of America) I have an 85
version and do not know if it has been updated since. I'm sure if you ask
someone in the LDS church nicely they will help you get a copy.
(And for our friends in Canada who are interested there is a similar version
called "Relationships ... Boy Scouts of Canada." I have a 1979 version)
If anyone knows if either of these has been updated let us know.
