Well ... I am a CubMaster, not a Scout Master, for a LDS unit. The only
difference that we have is that we run the group by age and not by
grade, so that you start Wolf when you reach 8 years, etc. This means that
we do not graduate a gaggle of Wolves In Feb, but they emerge as they reach
their birthday. Also, our unit are organized by geographical areas. All
of our scout units (Cub, Boy, Varsity, Explorer) are organized in this

is limited to an opening and a closing prayer, given by one of the boys.
