Smoking now 18

further to what Lucus wrote, I am unsure if he is aware, but as of a few months
ago, the legal age of smoking here in South Australia at least has risen to the
age of 18. so, any one who is the Joey, Cub, Scout *and* venturer sections,
should by law not be smoking. At least on a Youth memeber side.
As a Nurse, I dont smoke, however, it can be a double edge sword in that
smoking is additictive and a drug, as is Cafeine (which I drink in coke, coffee
etc) and several other substances which are all legal...and which are "Safe".
Lucus, sorry this was public, however, I thought you and everyone else would
like to know that the legal age here in South Australia is now 18....
