My Pack leaders seem to drop out every year at this time to run a T-ball team.
I understand the disire they have to orginize this team, and it's a great
thing to have a T-ball team associated with the group. But when your
Committe chairman and Den leaders all start putting in so much time that
they don't seem to have any time left for scouting. How can I convince them
that maybe they are trying to do too much. I can't afford to lose them, but
at the same time I feel put upon because things start falling back on me
all the time. Events have to be canceled or resceduled at the last miniute
because I can't get everyone togather to plan anyting. But when game day
comes there all there.
