In GSUSA, we have to file a trip notification form everytime we do anything
other than regularly scheduled meetings. Fortunately we only have to turn
them into our Service Unit Co-Manager and not at Council, so it is easier.
We only need Council permission on trips of longer than 2 nights away from
home or further than 250 miles. As I pan my calender for the next quarter I
prepare the trip notification forms and hand them in at the next monthly
