I probably wouldn't consider it harassment. The "rookies" would be in
proper uniform. Those with turned up shorts were NOT properly uniformed.
But, I remember the days when the staff, including me, rolled up their
shorts--except on camp inspection day. I told my sons about it and they
replied that the shorts would be too short if rolled up (and they still
