You do not say if you are with BSA or GSUSA. I can tell you that with GSUSA
if there is a problem, and she is not fulfilling her role as a leader, you
can have the parents write letters and give them to the service unit manager.
She will review them and pass them on to her field director. She will
probably then have a meeting with this leader to assess the situation with
out revealing names. Since leaders are on a voluntary basis she can be asked
to resign her role as leader.
I am a service unit manager and i can tell you if you want to get things
done, you have to go through the channels or it may come back on you.
