I just returned from weekend 1 of a 2 weekend National Camp School. I am
serving on the support staff. We were instructed that the policy did not
include outside areas in the camp. In a central area were there were
several building clustered together, a "smoking area" was set up.
Additionally, the Camping Committee of that Council had recently voted to
make the entire camp smoke free, and that decision is pending with the
Council Executive board. This will be interesting to watch.
