Problems with Parents

Several years ago, one of our scouts showed up for our District
Spring Camporee on Friday night. Saturday AM he told us he
forgot his sting kit (he was very alergic to bees).
For starters, he didn't want to call mom and wake her up that
AM, (it was about 10), but I called anyway. She said it was in
school and she didn't have time to go get it and bring it to us, he
should be careful. She was about 25 minurtes away.
Scouting would sure be fun if it weren't for some of the parents.
