I too urge everyone who thinks about a surgical cure to snoring to try
all other cures first!
We had one Leader on my Phase 5 Woodbadge course who had _this_ op. His wife
had coped fairly well up until he had the op. Now she sleeps in another room.
What sort of married life is that!? ;-) (yes I know some would say better)
Anyway at the Woodbadge course.....
After the first night he was politely asked to pitch his own tent a minimum
of 50 yards away. WHAT A NOISE! about 7.6 on the Richter scale. And my wife
says that I snore! good grief (I didn't get any sympathy from her either
"Now you know what I have to put up with")

When I was small I was a Wolf Cub. When I was bigger I was just a Cub
When I was just a bit bigger I was a Wolf for quite a while.
Now I'm a bigger still & was a Rebel & an Akela (good fun eh!)
