As Committee Chair I tried a couple of years ago to send out a survey, not
because people did not say things but because they never came! It helped a
bit because more parents became involved with transportation etc. Our
Troop parent meetings are almost a social event. The present CC has
problems getting thru the list because everyone has an opinion (and a
