Ed, I just got off the phone with my contact at the council. She
told me that yes, in fact her catalog is 87-89. BUT... She called Texas
(National?) and they told her that the 1 pamphlet we had (which includes
references to skill awards) is the only thing available from BSA. And
that they do not know of anything upcoming.
Carol would like to know what references you have. In
particular, catalog numbers.
