The scout shop sells a cloth thing? - (I'm not sure what it is called)
The purpose of this is for Mother pins to be worn on. \
It is a strip of cloth, about 1/2 inch wide. The ends come together in a V
shape. One half is Blue and Gold, the other half is red and green.
It is worn around the neck with the v in front and the pins are worn on this.
I have seen this worn with the uniform by female scouters, but do not know what
the official policy on it's use is.
