I don't know for sure if this is true. What I _can_ tell you, and from
personal experience, is that if your unit is travelling to an official,
approved, function, it is _much_ easier to get coverage from the BSA
insurance, should an untwoard event occur.
IMHO, if your unit is going somewhere _as a unit_, and there is a tour permit
on file, Why shouldn't you want to be in uniform, anyway? Wear the "Class
A" to and from, whether you wear it while there, or not.
