I'm normally fairly conservative about scouting, but your ideas
are stone age at best. Some of the best BS leaders I have
known are women and I am proud to have worked with them.
Many of them can make some male leaders look like wimps. Are
you challenged by a strong intelligent female in a leadership
I too would like to know your council and district because anyone
with such bigoted ideas about leadership should not be in a
position to influence scouts or other youth.
In case you missed something over the past 150 years, slavery
has been abolished along with indentured servitude. In additon,
women have equal rights with men. Sorry your ego can't take
