I haven't seen anything general on this. The theme you quote seems to be
a mix of the Young Women's theme and the statement of the Mission of the
Aaronic Priesthood contained in the Aaronic Priesthood Handbook.
Our stake young men's presidency (with support from the stake presidency)
has ask that young men in our stake learn the mission of the Aaronic
Priesthood. The method for doing this was not specified, but left up to
individual units. In our ward, the teachers (for example) have chosen to
begin each quorum meeting with a recital of the mission as a means of
The mission of the Aaronic Priesthood (I am working from memory, so
please forgive me if I don't get it perfect) reads pretty much as follows:
The mission of the Aaronic Priesthood is to help each young man...
Become converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ and live by its teachings.
Magnify Priesthood callings.
Give meaningful service.
Prepare to receive the Melchezidec Priesthood.
Commit to, worthily prepare for and serve an honorable full-time mission.
Live worthy to receive temple covenants and prepare to become a worthy
husband and father.
