If anyone has noticed, on that post. The Author has used a trick of the
computer/listserver to manage to fool it into posting to ALL of the lists
served by that listserver. In other words, guys, he "spammed" the net. At
least that is the way I read it.
Jon, do you see it the same way? And can this be prevented in the future?
Also, Steve Way wrote...

If we read the post correctly, and he is telling it fairly accurately, that
is what is causing the increased problem. He posted that he _did_ go to the
law, and the law isn't helping.
Before you guys start jumping on me for these statements, please consider that
I am from Arizona, whose incredably enlightened Child Protective Services has,
more times than I care to count, removed children from homes where they were
_not_ in danger, based soley on hearsay evidence. In several cases, the
evidence turned out to be completely false. And It still took the parent(s)
several months to get the kids back. Also, AZ CPS, in their wisdom has _not_
removed others from situations where they were _badly_ endangered. This has
resulted in the deaths of 10 children under the age of 5 in the last 3 years.
Several of these have been kids that were removed from their parents' homes
because the case worker judged that the parents were not capable of giving
proper care to the kids.
Now, obviously, there is a lot more to the problems in AZ than what I have posted.
However, it makes the spam post somewhat believable to me. My first reaction was
that AZ wasn't the _only_ state that had a screwed-up system.
