In Australia, it is the senior YOUTH training section of the
movement. Of course, you can go onto Rovers, and/or a Leader.

In Australia, We are orgainsed into groups as well (Mine is Munno
Para Scout Group) consisting of a Joey Scout Mob (6-7), Cub Scout Pack
(8-11), a Scout Troop (10.5-15), a Venturer Unit (14-18), and a Rover
Most groups don't have a venturer unit or a rover crew (not enough
members to support it). Like here in my district - we have a District
Venturer Unit ("The Rams") and a Locatilty Rover Crew (Not quite a part
of the district, but close enough) ("Para Rover Crew").
Any Q's don't hesitate to ask
Munno Para Scout Group - Assistant Scout Leader "Kodak"
Para Rover Crew - Rover Secretary
