I understand the BSA policy about control of information. Information is
what power is made of. Having worked with several large corporations in the
Kansas City area, I understand the value of the employees understanding the
Board of Directors policy and procedures. You really don't want someone in
KC telling someone in Denver how to their job.
On the flip of the coin, Irving could use the electronic forums as "Town Hall
Meeting" (sounds like a Perot idea). They could run up the flag pole changes
