IN our troop, the BOYS ALL vote for SPL, ASPL, PL, SCRIBE, LIBRARIAN.
QUARTERMASTER requires strong parent involvement and space so "an election"
is typically not needed!
The APL is decided within the patrols.
The boys are ask to elect the most qualified person to lead them. They have
not failed in the 3 years I have worked for them!
