Re: Let's shorten up posts

There were two posts from people leaving the list because of too much mail on
I have dropped off once before and am contemplating doing so again because of
the length of some of the posts.
Like many, I pay for my access to the 'Net and the more time I spend
downloading mail, the more it ultimately costs me.
I think we do not need to copy ALL of the previous post to which one responds
or write long-winded responses. I found recently when I posted a question on
the list that by asking for people to e-mail me directly, I got what I needed
and I did not clutter up the list with a lot of answers to a question some
people could care less about.
I'm just asking that we shorten up some of these posts. I already know how
to unscubscribe. I don't want to, and I am sure I am wasting my time with
this post, but I am one of those people who just have to try.
