In your recent post you made two interesting comments about the ability
of boys to select a troop in your area. As a commissioner, I would urge you
to talk to your District leadership about the fact that your troop is growing
to a point where you feel it is too large. You also state that a troop in the
area has just folded. It seems to me that drawing on your troops success, the
District should be able to bring a troop into existance. There is a need to
make sure that there is some good adult leadership. Can you spare one or two?
With some cooperative efforts this could work out to be ideal for all.
I think that a new fourth troop and a more manage troop for yourself could be
in existance by summer. Why not give it a try?
