I am planning on taking a group of scouts from Kentucky to New Jersey
Momorial Day weekend for a Kinus. In looking at the map, I figure the
trip to be about 725 miles long. This makes for a long trip. Since we
need to arrive before sundown on Friday, I was thinking about leaving
Thursday night drive for a while and then camp somewhere between
Columbus Ohio and Youngstown Ohio. I am looking for someplace with
shower facilities. Any suggestions will be most welcome.
We are also thinking of taking a side trip to New York City or elsewhere
on Sunday afternoon before returning. Any ideas for this would be most
welcome. Any one have any experience driving to New York and parking.
We were thinking about either the UN, Statue of Liberty, or visiting
the Israeli Council. Info on these places would be most welcome.
