Since you are coming to New Mexico, I would suggest you buy a few small
cans of New Mexico green chili (Hot, medium or mild to suit your taste and
your Scouts). It adds great flavor to almost anything.
You will be at fairly high altitude (8,000 to 13,000) feet. While there IS oxyg
in the air (some will argue this point) <G>, the lower air pressure makes the
exchange of oxygen less efficient than you may be used to. You may feel
tired or have less energy. There is a technique called POWER BREATHING
which you may want to look up. I am not an expert so will not presume to
instruct on how to do it.
Try the New Mexico Green Chili.
