Small point of information: The Exploring Achievement Awards are
usually presented as part of a District or Council Exploring Awards
banquet, and NOT during a "court of honor". The Venture and Varsity
letters and the pins are presented during appropriate "huddles" during
Team meetings or at a Court of Honor in a Troop setting.
Otherwise, Richard's right!
