Now has come the time to unveil the secrecy of this type of thing. By
any chance is there a copy that can be (1) posted to the list, (2)
xeroxed and mailed out, (3) an original?
The more people that have this information the more secure we all can
be against some of the tyrants out there that happen to work as
Professional Scouting Executives trying to cover their butts. Afterall, it
is the volunteers that take this program to the boys, and saying that...it
is they who make a difference.
We have a good staff of professionals here at Great Southwest, however
that is apparently not the case in other places.
