As a BS Troop with several very active female leaders, we have
taken the approach of "building" a seperate room for the female
leaders when we have a single room cabin.
Generally, we use ropes and blankets to section off a seperate
sleeping and changing area for the female leaders.
To date, we have had no problems with this approach in several
different local camps. Usually the rangers or the council have
been understanding and consider that a reasonable solution.
Suggest that to your council.
