To Henry Kramer
Henry, you did not say how large the cabins are, or if they have bunks or
just roll out the sleeping bags on the floor. However, in general I believe
that I would try to solve the problem by seting up seperate sleeping
facilities in the cabin by setting up separate rooms within the cabin.
String some rope or clothes line and hang some blankets or sheets to divide
the cabin into seperate areas. It sounds like this sort of arrangement would
satisify the council.
