You are right, you need FOUR Interest Project patches for the Gold Award,
not three, as I stated earlier. I mixed it up with the Silver Award.
BTW- for you Boy Scouts- A girl does not need to earn the Silver Award
to get the Gold Award. Although I would dare say that 99% of the girls that
earn the Gold have also earned the Silver. The Silver Award is a Cadette
recognition (ages 11-14), and it helps prepare the girls to earn the Gold.
