Well, you are misremembering a bit. We have about 22 districts and each
district has between 180 - 200 units. That would be about 50
sponsoring/chartering institutions -- each one with a Pack, a Troop, a
Team and a Post. It is all fairly compact in two counties so that we can
have council wide leadership and coordinating meetings monthly.
