The best analogy that I see for each pack term in a scout
troop would be:
Den Leaders - Assistent Scoutmaster (assigned to that patrol)
Den Meetings - Patrol Meetings
Den Chief - Patrol Guide
Denner - Patrol Leader
Note that I picked Assistent Scoutmaster for the Den Leader
since both are adult positions whereas Patrol Leader is a boy
