I have never heard of a 'wobble,' but I have heard of a "woggle." The
woggle is a knot that looks like it is tied useing an endless strand of
material (leather, cord, etc.) It is mostly issued with the Wood Badge
Gilwell neckerchief as the neckerchief slide.
