In New Zealand we have woggles, to keep our scarves on. They come in many
shapes and sizes and are limited only by the imagination of the wearer. The
ones we buy from the scout shop is a leather strip intertwined with a snap at
the back. Some of the people in my Rover crew have made some out of wood with
their names carved into them and painted in our crew colours (purple and gold).
