As for the originator of this thread...and his probaly not recieving
email relative to this issue, I think speaks for itself. As for the
precepts of Homosexuality (I don't see anything Gay about it), It has no
place in Scouting (USA) as being contrary to Family principles and
ethics. Simply said and stated. I don't see the non activity of this list
to this subject as homophobia, funny how that word gets thrown around.
But, a determination to bring our boys up according to the principles and
ethics associated with faith, values, and patriotism as envisioned by
Baden- Powell...nothing more, nothing less. In fact if the truth was
known... I have as a Heterosexual known more homosexuals that were more
phobic about who they thought they were than I was. I don't flaunt my
practise of heterosexuality with my wife openly...why should they? Enough
said. Lets get back to the real issues of common scouting.
