BOR - Religious Question

Regarding the question of asking a scout about his
religious beliefs at a BOR.
The advancement guidelines are quite specific as to
the religious requirement for scouting and asking about
a scout's beliefs are valid questions.
The key point is not to judge him on his beliefs unless
he professes to be an athiest or not to believe in a
god. The scout's specific religious beliefs are a personal
matter which should not be judged, provided he has
a belief in some type of religion or supreme being.
