Aha! Yes! Pitty, though why all the fixers of Scouting don't refer to the
founder of Scouting.
B.P. talked of training and service stages in Rovering. This so called new
approach, that John Peach admitted in his letter of a month ago ISN'T new
to Rovering, it's just new to some of the people who set out to fix
