Michael and all others who responded to my query on adults wearing the Eagle
The Court of Honor was yesterday and all went well. I was quite proud of
that young man, even though he was not in my troop. He was worthy of the
honor bestowed upon him.

The reasoning behind my confusion is the prohibition of adults wearing
badges of rank earned while a youth. I didn't know if the Eagle medal fell
into that category.
I'm a firm believer that the wearing of an appropriately bedecked uniform --
service stars, medals... the whole nine yards -- pays tribute to the Scout
