This sounds like a contemporary issues type program. Any semi
controversial contemporary issue REQUIRES a perental consent form to be
signed. (Even the math contemporary issues badge requires this.) In
light of that, do you think that a GS council could offer this type of
weekend without parental knowledge and consent. Very Doubtful!!
