Hey Robert....wrong answer. While the BSA Insignia Guide illustrates
MANY of the knots (not all), and explains where they go on the
uniforms, it does NOT explain how one is EARNED or RECEIVED. I'll see
if I can dreage up the three-part posting on how each is earned. I
think that one time, I posted it and another time someone else did it
