Its called Scout Spirit.
His behavior does not exhibit it.
Postpone the BOR and tell him why so he can clean up his act.
You currently risk MAJOR liability on you personally for allowing the
paintball incident as he is hurting people with a weapon.
You must have a SERIOUs discussion with his parents because
something very major is happening in this boy's life which
must be brought up.
Sorry to have so "lack" of generousity... This boy does not deserve it
and needs a raised voice.
