Not long after I joined the Troop, one of the junior leaders told me off,
politely, but in no uncertain terms, that I was no longer in Cub Scouts and
that I should let them take care of their problems. He was right, and I
later took the training programs that showed me he was right. GET TRAINED!!!
It can make all the difference in a good troop program and one that works OK
or that doesn't work at all.
