Crediting fund-raising proceeds to a particular scout as Mr. Wurtz does
will also work for an on-going "account" if the amount raised is divided
by the number of scouts participating (just like Mr. Wurtz) but credit the
amount to the scout's dues. This assumes that dues are used to pay the
cost of trips & camps.
