The World Friendship Fund is to my knowledge used to help scouts and scout
organizations in developing nations. BSA has done some nice advertisements to
help units do fund drives that go into a more detailed explanation.
If you want I could type in the text or enough to better explain the fund.
I posted the message which was being replyed to, looking for someone who has
had 1st hand experience with the fund. If there is someone on this list who
could give us some stories of how the fund helped them, I feel it would be more
interesting then just haveing a discription of what the fund does.
