When we have sales fund raisers, we assign the profits generated by each
boy to him. He may draw on it as needed for activities, uniform
purchase, dues, etc. It is a bit of an accounting job, but it is fair.
If you have a general fund raiser such as a supper or whatever, prorate
the profits based on the hours worked by each participant. Again, you
will need to keep books on the activity. I prefer these methods since
those who do the work receive the benefit.
