GEN: Subject Line Descriptors

Laura, I think, had a good suggestion; e.g., that it might be helpful in the
subject line to bein with an abbreviation identifying what type of posting
is being sent. Perhaps it would be worth a try to see whether this would
help subscribers to select the mail they are most interested in reading.
The format of the subject line would start with an abbreviation, followed
by a colon, and then a space. After the space you would put subject
information, similar the subject line in this message.
Perhaps the following descriptors would be helpful (where country specific
matters would include descriptions of Scouting in a country or topics of
interest primarily to Scouts and Scouters in that country):
AUS Austrian Specific Matters
AUSL Australian Specific Matters
BdP German Specific Matters
BEL Belgin Specific Matters
BRZ Brazilian Specific Matters
COL Collections and Trading - Badges, Patches, Books, etc.
CZH Czech Specific Matters
CAN Canandian Specific Matters; e.g. Rover Roundtables
DEN Danish Specific Matters
DOM Dominion General Matters (UK, AUSL, CAN, etc.)
EUR European Interest Items; e.g. Eurofax
