I am not aware of the B.S.A. requiring the above. However, I am in the
process of getting my teaching certificate and the State of Washington
requires that I send my fingerprints to the State Patrol and the F.B.I.
for a records check. Cost: $63.00. I wasn't happy paying the fee.
