We've had some great ideas for Juliette Low's Birthday. It is great to
see that she is still remembered and celebrated. Whether we celebrate
with a formal ceremony of just a rememberance party. She is the reason the
girls can enjoy the wonderful benefits of scouting.
Jeannie, I really enjoyed your celebration. Looks like a wide game to me!
This was very creative, I will save it in my ideas file, for when the
girls draw a blank. They always say, "Let's do something different" and
procede to plan what they've seen or done before.
Also stole "the flight to the moon", could come in handy. We are about to
complete the Advanced Just Differently-abled program, and this can be
changed to a blind awareness game quite easily.
It is a shame so many conversations happen off the list, as I'm sure many
good ideas get missed by us all, many of which can be adapted for other
things. So many creative, dedicated scout leaders.
Thanks for the ideas, lets keep 'em flowing.
