We only give our cubs one epaullette flash. We figure if they're not wearing
the sash they're not in full uniform, and if they are wearing the sash, no one
would see the second one.
What are those things called, officially... the epaulette is the loop of
material on the shirt, are the insignia called "flashes", "loops" or what?
