I've seen this roasting method used at an Expo here in Lexington. The only
differences were that the objects of the roast were two chickens suspended
in roaster bags, the charcoal tubes were hung at all four corners, and metal
rods were used for the frame. The two chickens were done in about 45 minutes.
I'm going to try it the first chance I get.
